Patients Are Either Self Referred Or Referred By Other Clinics. If You Feel You Prefer To Have Your Dental Implants Placed With A Specialist Rather Than A General Dentist, This Is The Place For You.

Many patients are referred to us for specialist treatment by their own dentist – we have a large number of dentist’s from Central London as well as from South West referring to Dr Chawich for a Specialist Dental Treatment, but in particular Dental Implants, Gum Surgery, Aesthetic Dentistry and Prosthodontics.

Whether you have been referred to us by your Dentist or have chosen to refer yourself, you will be warmly welcomed by our friendly Reception Team and asked to complete a Medical History form.

We will need this to make sure that all your treatments are provided in safe manner and your general health and well being is taken into account while receiving dental treatment with us. We will inform you of any conditions that affect your dental health and subsequently dental treatment.
