Dr. Egle Sauciuvenaite is the owner and Clinical Director of Richmond Dental Centre, where she leads the clinical team with a commitment to precision, compassionate care, and long-term patient outcomes.
Since qualifying, she has invested significantly in advanced training across root canal therapy, restorative dentistry, and cosmetic procedures, ensuring the practice remains at the forefront of modern private dentistry in London.

Dr. Ernestas Dapkus

Dr. Ernestas Dapkus received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in Lithuania in 2017. Since then, he has travelled extensively, gaining valuable experience and knowledge from various countries, including Lithuania, Austria, Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States, Norway, the Czech Republic, Egypt, Hungary, Chile, Japan, Portugal, Poland and Spain. He has actively participated in prominent international conferences, hands-on workshops, and specialised training in endodontics, restorative dentistry, and microdentistry.
Dr. Ernestas works with a dental operating microscope, which allows him to carry out procedures with exceptional precision and accuracy. This advanced approach enables him to treat cases that are often considered too difficult in general practice. He regularly accepts referrals from other clinics for complex endodontic treatments, providing solutions for patients who may have been turned away elsewhere.
He is highly skilled in managing endodontic complexities such as: root canal curvatures greater than 45°, recurved root canals, developmental tooth anomalies (including bifid apex, complex canal branching, dens invaginatus, gemination, and C-shaped canals), dental trauma, iatrogenic damage, pathological resorption, and challenging retreatments (posts, carrier-based obturations, silver points, fractured instruments, or well-condensed root fillings). He also handles major procedural complications such as large ledges, blocked canals, and perforations, as well as incomplete root development, vital pulp therapy, and periradicular surgery.
Recognised for his expertise in preserving compromised teeth, Dr. Ernestas is respected internationally for his exceptional skills, precision, and dedication to endodontics. Mrs. Monika Holdak-Knabe is one of Richmond Dental Centre’s most experienced and beloved clinicians, bringing decades of expertise and a uniquely holistic perspective to periodontal care and oral health.
A graduate of Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London, Monika holds dual diplomas in Dental Therapy and Dental Hygiene, alongside qualifications in Oral Health Education, Biomedicine, and Health Coaching. Her commitment to continuing education has taken her to postgraduate courses across London, New York, Minnesota, Vienna, and Chicago — reflecting a career defined by curiosity and a refusal to stand still.
What sets Monika apart is the breadth of her understanding. Where most hygienists focus purely on the mouth, Monika brings a deep appreciation of how oral health connects to systemic wellbeing — including hormonal health, nutrition, and inflammation. This is reflected in her specialist offering of Menopausal Periodontal Therapy, a pioneering area of practice in which she is one of very few clinicians in London to specialise. She is a member of the British Menopause Society, British Society of Periodontology, and British Society of Dental Therapy, and has published research on the links between periodontal disease, pregnancy outcomes, and type 2 diabetes.
In practice, Monika focuses on the prevention and non-surgical treatment of gum disease, helping patients maintain healthy teeth for life through expert care, personalised advice, and a genuinely warm chairside manner.
