Mrs Monika Holdak-Knabe

Mrs. Holdak-Knabe, founder of Richmond Dental Centre, has been the driving force and vision behind the creation and growth of the clinic. As the creator and heart of the practice, she has shaped its values, clinical philosophy, and patient-centred approach. She now continues to be a part of the the clinic as the Clinical Consultant, offering her expertise and guidance to the clinical team.
Following her graduation from Queen Mary and Westfield College University of London, School of Dental Therapy and Hygiene and Diploma in Oral Health Education, Mrs Holdak-Knabe has worked in both NHS as well as private dental practices in London.
Since then she has continued with her postgraduate education with studies at UCLAN, University of Central Lancashire, courses in New York, Minnesota, Vienna and Chicago.
To further utilise her dental knowledge with understanding the research into how dental health impacts systemic health, she has undertaken additional training in Biomedicine.
Most recently she has completed her training with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, in the field of Biomedicine and continues her presence at CNM in Health Coaching and Nutritional Medicine. In November 2021 she has been appointed an Ambassador of College of Naturopathic Medicine in UK.
Mrs Holdak-Knabe is a member of British Society of Periodontology, British Society of Dental Therapy, British Menopause Society. She has published an analysis of evidence on impact of periodontal disease on late stages of pregnancy and more recently on pathophysiology of type 2 diabetes. She is an enthusiastic health coach and oral health educator.
In day to day practice, her work evolves around treatment and prevention of periodontal disease, non surgical periodontal therapy, control of gum inflammation and infections, advise on systemic risk factors for gum disease and dental implant’s support and maintenance.
She believes that preventative methods are the most effective but when it comes to treatment she likes the pain free, conservative approach. This means attempting to preserve as much of your natural dentition as much as possible.
Dr. Egle Sauciuvenaite
Clinical director, General Dentist with a special interest in Endodontics and Cosmetic dentistry, DDM, MSc (Lithuanian University of Health Sciences), PG Diploma in Endodontics (Chester)
Dr. Egle earned her Master’s Degree in Dentistry from Kaunas, Lithuania in 2017. Since qualifying, she has continued to expand her expertise by attending numerous advanced courses in root canal therapy, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. With a particular passion for Endodontics, she combines her growing experience with a commitment to staying current with the latest advancements in dentistry, allowing her to deliver thoughtful and effective care tailored to each patient.
Recognised for her precision and dedication, Dr. Egle is known for crafting beautiful, healthy smiles while prioritising patient comfort every step of the way. Her calm, gentle manner and caring approach help put even the most nervous patients at ease. She takes the time to truly understand each patient’s concerns and goals, building personalised treatment plans that reflect both their needs and preferences. Her work is detail-oriented and grounded in evidence-based dentistry, with a strong emphasis on conservative care and long-term results.

Dr. Ernestas Dapkus
General dentist with a special interest in Endodontics and Restorative dentistry General dentistry DDM, MSc (Lithuanian University of Health Sciences).
Dr. Ernestas Dapkus received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in Lithuania in 2017. Since then, he has travelled extensively, gaining valuable experience and knowledge from various countries, including Lithuania, Austria, Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States, Norway, the Czech Republic, Egypt, Hungary, Chile, Japan, Portugal, Poland. Dr. Dapkus has actively participated in prominent international conferences, hands-on workshops, and specialised training in Endodontics, restorative dentistry and micro dentistry.
Dr. Ernestas Dapkus is capable to deal with Endodontic complexities such as: root canal curvatures >45°, recurved root canals, presence of developmental tooth anomalies (bifid apex, complex branching of root canal(s), dens-in-dente, gemination and C-shaped canals), dental trauma, teeth with iatrogenic demage or pathological resorption, complicated retreatments (any kind of posts, carrierbased obturations, silver points, fractured instruments, well condensed root fillings to length etc.), major iatrogenic errors (large ledges, blocked canals, perforations where these can be rectified), incomplete root development, vital pulp therapy, periradicular surgery.
Dr. Ernestas Dapkus has developed significant expertise in preserving compromised teeth and is highly regarded for his exceptional skills, precision, and dedication to Endodontics. His clinical work is frequently shared and discussed by leading endodontic specialists in lectures around the globe. He has successfully completed all advanced training modules at the Endodontic Training Centre (EndoInn) in Oslo, Norway, earning a ‘Mini Residency’ certificate in endodontics. In recognition of his comprehensive skills and knowledge in the field, Dr. Ernestas Dapkus was awarded the British Endodontic Society’s The General Dental Practitioner 2024 prize.
